He is also the president of C and D Commercial Services, Inc. and C and D Commercial Masonry, Inc. both in Rockwall, Texas. As the president of Southwest Scaffolding, Charles "Chuck" Scroggs has considerable experience with FRACO scaffolding.
FRACO scaffolding can be utilized over the course of various construction projects.
